Return Policy
At James & Jennifer Toronto, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return. Please read the information below carefully, as it explains our return conditions and procedure.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached.

Trying on an item is allowed; wearing an item beyond fitting is not permitted.

Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes or variations with the intent to return part or all of the order are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@jamesandjennifertoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located outside Canada (China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties, taxes, or shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item has arrived at the return address and has been inspected and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any return shipping costs or customs fees paid by the customer will not be reimbursed.
4. Liability & Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order. Changes requested after this period cannot be guaranteed.
